Homevana’s Secure Access by ShowingTime service provides year round non-stop live person service 24/7/365. A friendly voice will answer and verify a Realtor’s license(s) while also coordinating showing requests and changes with sellers, agents, and tenants. Parties can request, accept, reject, cancel and reschedule showings all from the ShowingTime app or the 24/7/365 live agent service center. Notifications provide detailed updates instantly by text, email, and/or phone call. Once a showing request is confirmed, the showing agent will be provided with the showing details. If you’ve elected to use one of our integrated Genius Boxes then a temporary one time access code that is only valid during their confirmed appointment window will be generated. Agents can also use their ShowingTime app to open the lockbox via Bluetooth during confirmed appointments. Temporary showing codes and Bluetooth access will not work outside the day and time of the confirmed appointment. This is the most secure showing process possible unlike traditional Realtor lockboxes that can be accessed at anytime by anyone with a Realtor key. All showings are tracked and you are provided with showing agent details on all showings. It doesn’t end there! After every tour is complete we follow up for feedback and continue to request feedback until we receive it or our requests expire. Showing feedback, notes, schedules, changes etc are available 24/7 online, by app, or by phone.
